These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and LG888 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the LG888 website available at https://lg888.cam and all associated services, content and functionality provided thereon.

LG888 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform serving Pakistani players. We provide transparent odds information, game guides, responsible gambling resources and educational content. LG888 does not operate a physical office in Pakistan and does not hold a Pakistan gambling license. All content is published for informational purposes.

By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager through the LG888 interface, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Access to the LG888 Platform and registration of an Account are subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied at the time of registration and continue to be satisfied throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Age alone does not determine the lawfulness of gambling in Pakistan.
• You are registering and accessing the Platform entirely on your own behalf, as a private individual, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or currently located in, any jurisdiction where it is unlawful for you to access or use gambling services of this nature.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform under a self-exclusion or operator-exclusion arrangement that remains in effect.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director or immediate family member of LG888 or any associated operator entity in a role that would create a conflict of interest.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• All information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate and not misleading in any respect.

LG888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the Account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests pending satisfactory verification.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to register and maintain one Account only. The creation of duplicate, additional or substitute accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, LG888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets and withhold balances pending investigation.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current personal details during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your Account details up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. LG888 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify LG888 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, LG888 requires completion of KYC verification. You may be asked to provide government-issued photo identification, proof of address and, in some cases, evidence of the payment method used to fund your Account. KYC documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.5 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting LG888 support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding bet settlements or pending withdrawal requests, which will be processed in the normal course. LG888 may also close or suspend an Account at its discretion where a breach of these Terms is identified, subject to applicable dispute resolution procedures.

5.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made using the payment methods available within the Platform at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period; these are displayed at the point of deposit. LG888 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges independently.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification as described in Section 4.4. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount and processing times are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of request.

5.3 Currency

The Platform supports Pakistani Rupee (PKR / Rs) transactions where applicable. Currency conversion, if required, is applied at the rate displayed at the time of the transaction. LG888 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or bank-applied conversion charges.

5.4 AML Compliance

LG888 operates AML compliance procedures. We reserve the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where the transaction triggers AML review criteria. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested. Funds associated with identified AML concerns may be withheld pending investigation and, where required, reported to the relevant authorities under applicable law.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. A monthly administration fee may be applied to dormant Account balances in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. You will receive advance notice before any fee is deducted.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market or game as published at the time the bet is placed. By confirming a bet, you accept the stated odds and terms applicable to that market. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed; the odds displayed at confirmation are the odds applied to your stake.

6.2 Sports Betting

Live and pre-match markets are available across cricket, football, UFC and other sports. Coverage of Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments and international fixtures is provided for informational and betting purposes only. LG888 has no official partnership with, affiliation with, or endorsement from PCB, PSL, ICC or any other sporting body. Bet settlement is based on official results published by the relevant governing body.

6.3 Casino Games

Casino games including slots, live dealer Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Teen Patti and other instant-win titles are subject to the individual game rules presented within the game interface. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are disclosed as illustrative ranges. Actual returns will vary based on individual session outcomes and game volatility.

6.4 Bet Cancellation

Once confirmed, a bet may not be cancelled or amended by the User. LG888 reserves the right to void or cancel bets where a manifest error in odds or market data has occurred, where the integrity of a sporting event is under investigation, or where a bet has been placed in contravention of these Terms. Voided bets are refunded to the Account balance at the original stake amount.

6.5 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed within the bet placement interface. LG888 reserves the right to apply individual stake restrictions to any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to accounts identified as professional bettors or accounts that have triggered risk management thresholds.

LG888 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback promotions and other incentive schemes from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including qualifying deposit amounts, minimum odds restrictions, wagering requirements (rollover conditions) and expiry periods, all of which are published on the relevant promotion page.

• Bonuses are credited to your Account balance automatically upon fulfilment of qualifying conditions, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.
• LG888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering strategies, use of multiple accounts or exploitation of promotional loopholes, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account closure.
• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and are not transferable between accounts.

LG888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be a form of entertainment conducted within affordable personal limits. It should never be used as a means to generate income, repay debt or resolve financial difficulties.

8.1 Available Tools

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users from within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or other durations as available).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely suspend your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and re-registration attempts during an active exclusion period are identified and declined.

8.2 Age Verification

The Platform is strictly available to adults aged 18 years or above, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Age verification is conducted as part of KYC and may be requested at any time. Access by minors is a serious concern — if you believe a minor has accessed this Platform, contact support immediately.

8.3 Support Resources

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the LG888 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of bets and/or legal action:

• Creating more than one Account or registering under a false identity or using another person's identity or payment details.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where LG888 does not hold the required authorisation to offer its services.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated mechanism to place bets, access game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, collusion or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates applicable AML legislation.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through coordinated wagering, multi-accounting or systematic exploitation of offer mechanics.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, security systems or data infrastructure.
• Engaging in harassment, threatening or abusive conduct directed at LG888 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Providing fraudulent payment details or initiating chargebacks in bad faith following legitimate gambling losses.

All content on the LG888 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, data compilations, software and the overall platform design, constitutes the intellectual property of LG888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of LG888.

All trade names, trademarks, service marks and logos displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. References to third-party brand names, including payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and sporting bodies such as PCB, PSL and ICC, are made solely for contextual and informational purposes and do not imply any partnership, endorsement or affiliation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LG888 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service, content or feature provided thereon.

Without limiting the foregoing, LG888 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any gambling losses sustained by you as a result of using the Platform, including losses arising from technical errors, system outages or connectivity interruptions.
• Any reliance placed by you on information, odds, RTP figures or other content published on the Platform, which is provided on an informational basis without guarantee of accuracy.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party payment services referenced on the Platform, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah.
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited, including under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 in Pakistan.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, LG888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

LG888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice through a notice displayed on the Platform or, where appropriate, via email to the address registered on your Account.

The updated Terms will display a revised Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.5.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. LG888 is not obligated to provide individual notification of every minor clarification or non-material amendment.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary gambling license ("License Jurisdiction"). The specific License Jurisdiction details are published separately on the Platform and may be requested from support.

In the event of any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact LG888 support to seek an informal resolution. LG888 will endeavour to respond to and resolve all legitimate disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration or the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by the regulatory authority of the License Jurisdiction. Users based in Pakistan acknowledge that local courts may have limited jurisdiction over matters arising from the use of offshore gambling platforms, and that local law may affect the enforceability of any resulting award.
